Achieving Value for Money

The Project

We provided Cost Management services to Conren Tramway managing the tendering process of three different office developments, with a total of 86.000 sqm all located in the 22@ district of Barcelona.   From the initial Procurement Strategy through to the General Contractors appointment we devised a tendering methodology to maximise value for money. Our work included PQQs Request for Proposals, design reviews, contract preparation through to the final recommendations.
