The Project

We have been working with Foot Locker since 2015, with our primary role being to project manage their store development programme across Iberia. A focus on continuous improvement has resulted in a number of other commissions, including establishing a General Contractor Framework for all European regions, taking on the role of their Internal PM and a number of appointments for their Facilities Team.
