Bringing Success to (two) Clients

The Project

Originally working for a UK client, we acted as Project Managers on the 26,000 sqm speculative office development in the 22@ development zone of Barcelona. Designed to international design standards, including LEED Platinum Certification, and providing some of the largest clear floorplates in Barcelona, the original client successfully sold the scheme immediately after tenders were obtained. We continued as PMs, delivering the building on behalf of the new client. The building has been a huge commercial successful, and was fully occupied within months of completion.
