Delivering During a Pandemic

The Project

We provided Project Management services for Nike for a European roll-out of 67 stores, with the work completed in 4 months during the COVID-19 pandemic. The assignments involved replacing existing fixtures for a new specific and unique design with all work completed out-of-hours to mitigate disruption to Operations. It involved close liaison with multiple stakeholders to manage the programme and sequencing of works. Unique to this roll-out was the implementation of a virtual snagging process, due to travel restrictions imposed on the team because of Covid-19 pandemic.
