The Project

We were appointed as Project and Cost Managers to Arabella for the refurbishment of four F&B Outlets, including repositioning an existing Michelin-star restaurant. Whether working for the Owner or Operator, we fully understand the Hotel sector, from all aspects and the challenges it can present, especially in relation to managing multidisciplinary teams, both local and international, with a clear understanding of the Operators needs on the Design approval processes, their requirements, budget targets and time frame aligned with a repositioning strategy.
