Ensuring a Successful Forward-Sale

The Project

We were appointed by KKH to help them achieve project completion and to protect their Forward Sale of the Edition Hotel, Barcelona. We were asked to create and implement a Handover and Close-Out Strategy at the end of an already completed project. Facilitating the process between the existing design team, the Purchaser and the Operator we were able to rescue a concerning situation whereby all remaining issues were satisfactorily resolved, and the Forward Sale was closed.
