Giving Life to a Neglected Building

The Project

Following the acquisition of the Silken Hotel by Benson Elliott / Highgate, for which we provided Technical Due Diligence Services, we proceeded to manage a multi-million Euro refurbishment programme, phased over a number of years. The work carried out, in all the rooms and public spaces, was carefully phased out whilst the hotel was operational, to minimise any effect on ongoing business activities. We adapted our standard management approach to ensure a close link between the capital project team and hotel operations.
