The Project

Castiel were part of a design team that won the international design competition to complete a masterplan for this 750-hectare mixed use development. Our role, as Cost Manager on this $1,000 M USD scheme, included a high-level study of the supply-chain capability of the island and various buildability and logistical studies to ensure the scheme being designed could be built. The scheme itself included a new port, 3 hotels, two 18-hole golf courses, various private and tourism apartments all designed around a vision to reduce any impact on the natural habitat.
