The Project

Our Project Management appointment on this 5,000 sqm refurbishment in 22@, Barcelona can be described as a full-service. Acting for an overseas client, it extends beyond the typical workstreams of design, procurement and construction and includes liaison with the neighbours, the client’s legal advisors and his marketing team. The client was seeking to pre-let the building more than one-year before it’s completion, which has involved us working closely with the client’s Letting Agents ensuring all commercial requirements and managing Design modifications accordingly possible future tenants needs.
