The Project

We acted as Project and Cost Managers on a major refurbishment plan for this historical building in Puerta del Sol (Madrid) dating from 1860. The project creates 3.500 sqm of retail space. It heavily focuses on guiding the project through local authority approvals and trying to match the final product with likely tenants for such a prestigious location.
