The Project

We were brought in towards the end of this project, due to the client’s concerns regarding completion, despite having a full professional team on board. We achieved the client’s objectives using a collaborative approach, whereby the relationship between the client and their project team did not deteriorate. An ability to combine ‘boots on the ground’ dedication with strategic advice ensured our assistance was focused where needed.
