The Project

Working alongside an international design team we were appointed as Cost Managers on this prestigious building planned for Kabul. Our role included cost estimating, a formal value engineering process and the preparation of a tender strategy report. Our work involved establishing a cost database taking into account, where possible, the local supply-chain.
