The Project

We worked at Parc Valles for almost four years, both for Pradera and then subsequently for Frey. Our early work included managing various minor-works projects, all to tight time-scales and with limited capital expenditure, acting as the client representative who was based on Madrid. In the anticipation of an eventual sale, we also supported the compilation of the Date Room, in the process compiling various missing documents from local authorities, etc. We subsequently provided ECOP Services to support the ongoing Asset Management.
